Rhode Island Department of Transportation (RIDOT) contacted TRAUNER under our term contract to assist them with the rewrite of Section 100 of their standard specifications. Initially our efforts were focused on the changes, claims, and payment provisions, in addition to their bidding and contract award provisions.
