TN Ward Company Builders (TN Ward) was the general contractor for the construction of a new 13-story hotel tower connected to the existing Wind Creek Bethlehem Hotel and Casino. The expansion included 270 new rooms, a bar, pool and fitness center, ballroom, and spa.

TRAUNER served at TN Ward’s project scheduler for the work. These services included preparation of the baseline schedule, the monthly schedule updates, and schedules for use in requesting additional time during the construction period.
